Yasi Bay is a comprehensive development project covering an area of 1.28 million square meters, with a total construction area of 1.7 million square meters, located in the south of Yasi Island. The total investment is about 4 billion dirhams. The project consists of three different groups. First, the waterfront area is mainly a leisure and entertainment area, including Hilton Hotel, coffee shop, bar and restaurant, beach club and Atihad Arena. The second is the Yasi Bay residence, which has 19 parks, two schools, three mosques and community retail stores. The third is the media industry creative park and the Yasi Wharf, which includes 1500 berths. The project will meet the average annual visitor volume of 6.3 million people.
The overall development of Yas Island is an industrial upgrading and urban living room construction project focusing on the "pearl industry" and the transformation of industrial fishing villages in the Middle East in the 1950s. The project connects various groups by searching for the lost "Pearl Journey", including Yas Marina Circuit, Health Sports Village, Yacht Club, seven five-star hotels, yas mall and commercial blocks, hospitals and mass health communities. At the same time, it is also the location of the world famous Warner Brothers Film World, Ferrari Park, Yas Theme Town and Water World. In recent years, Yas Island has been rated as the world's leading tourism benchmark project in the international tourism destination award "World Travel Award".
