The Langham Hotel Sydney has 96 rooms, which are located in Kent Street, the old city of Sydney. Invested by Langham Hospitality Group, it includes the largest guest room in Sydney's old city, covering an area of 49 square meters (527 square feet), with windows and balconies, quaint cobblestone streets, and historic brick buildings. Guests can enjoy the panoramic view of the western harbor, as well as a quiet and convenient location close to some of the city's most iconic destinations.

The whole renovation plan will cost 30 million dollars. The renovation project will include the comprehensive redevelopment and renovation of the lobby, dining area, guest rooms and residential banquet halls. In order to keep the project in line with international sister hotels, the hotel will also launch landmark products such as spa and Palm Pavilion. Referring to the tradition of Langham Hotel, the redesigned guest rooms combine high-end luxury charm with colonial charm to evoke eternal elegance. Each spacious guest room will be equipped with a variety of furniture combinations, and have designated rest, relaxation and dining areas.
